Receive Your Packaging
As soon as you book a service, we'll send you some protective packaging. Pop your clothes in and seal with the adhesive strip.
Drop Your Clothes Off
Drop your package off at your local Parcel Shop. Your return postage label will already be attached to your packaging, no printer required!
We Work Our Magic
As soon as we receive your clothes we'll get to work! We aim to have you clothes sorted and on the way back to you within 2 days of receiving them.
Receive Your Clothes Back
Once we've worked our magic, we'll send your items directly to your house. The whole process should take no more than 7 working days!
